I have some progress.  I have previously reported that my WR 15 yo D has been in a much better mood lately.  Last night though she really surprised me.

I got home late after play practice with my younger daughter, and H had ordered a pizza but only enough was left for my younger daughter's dinner.  I said I am too tired (plus I have a cold) to cook so I got myself the following dinner:  leftover fruit salad and pickles(!) from the fridge. As I sat to eat my dinner, my ED D looked at me very concerned, and said, "Mom, is that your dinner?"  Then she quietly got up and fixed me an English muffin with peanut butter!

I know that people with AN often are good cooks and enjoy watching others eat, but it just seemed like something more, a return to her true personality which was always caring and thoughtful...plus a recognition of the importance of full nutrition.
