5 inches in a year here too....and still no period.  Though I think the refeeding pushed her into early puberty.  Her body looks much older than her classmates.  She is taller than most and curvier. 

ha, Charlotte...they are not vile!   I love teenage girls. They are such a mix of crazy and self-involved and lovely and horrid.   I have bookends at the moment (ages 12 and 19)...and I think I have quite blocked the horrid bits (of which there were many indeed) about the middle years. 
anotherbite CAN from the Weight question for those who have fed through puberty...
