Our d's are the same age (mine will be 12 in early July) so I haven't fed through puberty in its entirety. My d grew tremendously over last year...she is now almost 5'4 and has size 10 feet. She was under 5' last summer. I feel your pain. It is difficult to stay on top of growth. You d seems very active with sports and active play on trampoline and such....I wonder if curtailing activity while you fed her up to her curve may help.

My d hasn't needed the amount of calories your d needed and I found I had to cut back significantly on her activities to keep her on top of growth spurts. This was even after w/r. With the amount of calories you d needs to gain I can't imagine you want to lose any though exercise.....at least until you get her maintaining on her curve.
Once we were on (over) curve for a while (6 months) we were able to cut back on cals and add in a little more activity. We are only now getting back to pre dx levels of activity though. It's just what worked for us. Everyone (every body) is different.
I can only imagine how frustrating it is for you. Though if you are 10 lbs away from where you want to be and your d's state is as great as it is that bodes so well for when you hit and maintain on her curve. Keep on super-feeding mama. You got this.
