Many parents find it healing to get involved with campaigning or activism for improved diagnosis, treatment, and public understanding of eating disorders. This activism can be a positive way to channel frustrations experienced during treatment and to "pay it forward" for the support of other families along the way. F.E.A.S.T. strongly encourages campaigning and activism and welcomes all parents - regardless of the status or outcome of the illness - to join in our efforts to support and encourage improvement in eating disorder treatment.
