Researcher at Coventry and Warwick Universities is looking for participants who are parents of a child currently engaged in Family Based Treatment for their eating disorder, to understand their experiences of the first phase of this treatment model and the impact this may have on their wellbeing and other aspects of life.
Participants requirements:
- Have a child between 12 and 19 with a diagnosed or suspected eating disorder
- Currently engaged in Family Based Treatment and have completed at least 3 session
What is involved?
- An interview with the researcher Charlitta about your experiences and views, either in person or by phone
- 60-90 minutes of your time
By sharing your experiences with us, you will be contributing to the research in this area, which will help clinical and psychological staff develop support that is more meaningful and directly relevant to the personal needs of parents engaging in FBT.
