F.E.A.S.T. Board Member, Judy Krasna, is a member of the conference planning committee for the upcoming Israeli Association for Eating Disorders family conference to be held at Sheba/Tel Hashomer Hospital on May 23, featuring Dr. Janet Treasure as the keynote speaker.
F.E.A.S.T. Advisor, Dr. Rachel Bachner-Melman, is President of the Israel Association for Eating Disorders.
Krasna says “It is a privilege and an honor to be a member of the conference planning committee, and I am so excited to be working on the content of this eating disorders family event. I truly hope that bringing together clinicians and families will lead to future advocacy partnerships and a wider inclusion of families in treatment across the country.”
Krasna will represent F.E.A.S.T at the conference, where she will be giving a short presentation on F.E.A.S.T’s principles and services. She looks forward to raising the profile of F.E.A.S.T in Israel for parents and clinicians alike. “It will finally put F.E.A.S.T on the map in my country!”
